Children at a community centre in Thetford have been getting creative with pumpkin carving this week. Here’s a look at their hard work:

Carving a pumpkin can sometimes be less of a treat and a lot more tricky, but children from Pine Close Community Centre in Thetford seem to have it down to an art.

Run by Epic Youth Groups, the community centre is hosting a range of Halloween themed events throughout half term, with all children aged four and over welcome to attend.

So far this week the children at the centre have been making Halloween masks and carving pumpkins, workshops in making party food and a trip to the Halloween Spooktacular are still to come.

Here’s a look at some of the pumpkins carved by children earlier today, take a look and see if you can find inspiration for your own pumpkin from their cool and quirky designs.

• Places are still available for Pine Close Community Centre’s other Halloween events and activities. To find out more, contact Sharon on 07940029510 or message the centre’s Facebook group.
