Following chef Charlie Hodson's success this week at the annual Sausage Roll Off competition, and his subsequent debut on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch to cook his winning entry 'the Nelson', we take a look at his journey and also some of Norfolk's other culinary successes throughout television history.
1. Charlie Hodson, founder of Charlie's Norfolk Food Heroes and a food and drink champion for the county, has been promoting Norfolk produce for as long as he can remember. Recent winner at the Sausage Roll Off competition in London, part of his prize was to reproduce his winning roll on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch.

2. Galton Blackiston was born in Norfolk. The restaurant of his hotel, Morston Hall in Morston, is near Blakeney, on the north Norfolk coast. He represented the Midlands and East of England in the BBC's Great British Menu, knocking out celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson to gain a place in the final.
3. Ross Mendham, of company Bare Naked Noodles, appeared on the BBC show Dragons' Den in 2013. The former City of Norwich School pupil broke down in tears in front of the cameras, after revealing his wife had just had her third miscarriage, but he was encouraged back and successfully gained investment for his food business.
4. Richard Bainbridge, chef-owner at Benedict's in Norwich, took to BBC Two's Great British Menu to plate up perfection more than once. He is also the former head chef at Morston Hall but left to pursue his dream of opening his own restaurant.
5. Richard Hughes, a regular on Mustard TV, is chef patron at Norwich's Assembly House and runs the Richard Hughes Cookery School. His demonstrations on Mustard TV include how to make Easter brownies, salmon pancakes, rustic monkfish, and chocolate torte.
6. Kate Barmby, of Brooke, south of Norwich, was one of the twelve amateur bakers in the 2016 Great British Bake Off. The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital nurse aimed to bring in seasonal fruits and produce gathered from her parents' farm in the county. The mother-of-two said she thrived on nurturing others. She was knocked out on the fourth episode.
7. Surrey-born, Delia Smith, is Norwich City Football Club's joint majority shareholder and is known for teaching basic cookery skills in a no-nonsense style. Smith became famous by hosting a cookery television show Family Fare which ran between 1973 and 1975. Her first television appearances came in the early 1970s, as resident cook on BBC's Look East.
8. Dublin-born Patrick Anthony, moved to the Norfolk to work at Anglia Television where he contributed to a wide variety of programmes including his regular weekly cookery appearance in Patrick's Pantry - which became the world's longest running all year round food programme. He also helped to launch BBC series Ready Steady Cook.
9. Dr Tim Kinnaird, Norfolk's finalist in BBC One's MasterChef in 2010, missed out on scooping the title. The former children's doctor from Shipdham, near Dereham, lost to Dhruv Baker, from Wandsworth. He later left his job as a doctor and started his business - Macarons & More - from his kitchen. He now works from a new site on Hellesdon Hall Estate in Norwich.
10. Polly Guy celebrated becoming the Come Dine With Me Champion of Champions winner of the rebooted Channel 4 cookery show broadcast last year - five years after winning the original version of the programme. She hoped to become the 'Nigella Lawson of Norwich'.
