A stage show featuring two stars of TV's Strictly Come Dancing is adding a second night at a Norfolk theatre after fans took a quickstep to the box office, and bought all the seats within 48 hours of them going on sale.

Blonde Siberian Kristina Rihanoff and American Brian Fortuna are appearing at Cromer Pier next March.

But after the initial show was snapped up by Strictly enthusiasts, venue managers Openwide International contacted the duo to stage a second night at the 500-seat venue.

So as well as the original Tuesday March 23 performance, another has been added for the previous night Monday March 22, at 7.30pm.

Openwide spokesman Bruce Stratton said they were 'surprised and delighted' with the speed the first show sold out, and hoped the second would be equally as popular.

It is part of a series of more intimate shows being done by members of the Strictly team, in between larger arena events and involves dancing demonstrations, workshops with audience participation and a question and answer session.

Kristina, who is 31 and 5ft 3in, made her debut last year and instantly found fame as thanks to her celebrity partner political reporter John Sergeant. This year she was teamed up with boxer Joe Calzaghe.

Brian, who is 26 and 6ft, from Philadelphia partnered M People singer Heather Small last year and TV soap actress Ali Bastian this time.

Tickets costing 20 are available through the Cromer Pier box office on 01263 512495.
