The keys to the 1,000th affordable home built by north Norfolk's Victory Housing Trust have been handed over.
It means the social housing landlord has built a new affordable home every four-and-a-half days for the past 12 years.
The property is one of six homes built in Campingfields Lane, Stalham in a £700,000 development which forms part of a wider initiative to build new affordable homes on derelict former garage sites throughout north Norfolk.
Jane Craske, who picked up the keys after facing eviction from her Sheringham home, said: 'It is so nice to get my own home and know that it is secure, somewhere I can really call home.
'Everything is new, and it's a really nice community in Stalham.'
Victory housing director Christine Candlish said: 'We remain committed to accelerating our programme of creating new affordable homes to meet the pressing need in our part of the county.'
