Two applications to convert residential properties in Great Yarmouth into houses of multiple occupation should be decided by April by the borough council.

A Mr S Bryenton has put in the planning bids to Great Yarmouth Borough Council concerning properties in Havelock Road and Southampton Place.

The change of use from residential to HMO concerns 17 Havelock Road and 10 Southampton Place.

Both applications have been validated with the borough council with people able to comment on the applications until March 8.

Planning letters for each change of use application say the individual bids may be decided with delegated approval, meaning it may not go before a planning committee.

Consultation letters also say a decision should be reached on each separate change of use bid by April 6.
