Fifteen affordable homes could be built on arable land in Southrepps, near Cromer.

Victory Housing Trust has applied to erect the new properties with associated access, on-site parking provision, gardens and open space, on land to the west of Long Lane.

A design and access statement submitted with the plans states that a previous application was refused by North Norfolk District Council's development committee in May 2018.

It continues: "The scheme has been substantially amended to address many of the concerns raised. Notwithstanding these changes, we accept that many of the objections raised by highways, the parish council and many of the residents may still stand."

The site measures about 0.92 hectares and is adjacent to the Southrepps development boundary. It's about 3.8 miles west of Mundesley and four miles south of Cromer. Southrepps is a designated 'Service Village' within the North Norfolk Core Strategy
