Ever wondered why some people seem to be blessed with a lot of luck, while your own is in short supply?
Then a day course, Change Your Luck, being offered at the Amoghasiddhi Buddhist Centre, Queens Square, Attleborough, on Sunday, March 11, 10am-4pm, is for you.
The course will explain how we are the source of our own good fortune or karma, and show us how to increase our luck and happiness while avoiding the causes of misfortune.
Kelsang Yankyi, a Buddhist nun of 20 years' experience who teaches with great warmth and joyful energy, will lead the course, which consists of talks and guided meditations and includes a delicious vegetarian lunch.
