A national chain is poised to open a new store in Norwich’s Castle Mall as part of country-wide expansion plans.

The Fragrance Shop has announced plans for its second Norwich outlet to open in Castle Mall on Saturday, April 21.

The retailer, which also has a store in Chapelfield shopping centre, will be marking the opening at the site, between Norwich and Peterborough Building Society and the former Gamestation store, with discounts on some brands.

The Fragrance Shop spokesman Tom Peters said: “Opening a new store in Castle Mall is a real coup for us.

“Our aim is to strengthen our offering in Norfolk with this being our second store in Norwich.”

He added the store would “strengthen the retail offering in the area”.
