Have you seen this dog?

He is six-foot tall, black and brown and answers to Rory.

Pet food business Nature’s Menu is appealing for help finding its missing mascot after the costume, and the van which contained it, was stolen from a car park near to the NEC arena in Birmingham where the firm was attending Crufts.

The vehicle also contained the equipment for the Snetterton-based business’s exhibition stand and the firm is offering cat or dog treats “galore” for information leading to Rory’s safe return.

Craig Taylor, managing director of Nature’s Menu, said: “We are appealing to people to help us find our missing brand mascot, Rory.

“We started using Rory as a mascot last year and he has become a familiar face at events.

“It was a brand new costume that we had purchased especially for Crufts 2018, so we are very keen to get this back.

“We hope to be reunited with Rory very soon.”
