While the show is a platform for Norfolk's local producers to share their wares, others travel from afar to enjoy the event nationally-renowned reputation.
Few will have come further than Bill Donaldson and his team, who travelled the 400-plus miles from Perthshire in Scotland on Tuesday to promote their whisky liqueur Bruadar at the show.
The brand is owned by Morrison and Mackay, a £10m-turnover distillery which has previously worked with the Roudham-based English Whisky Company to produce Norfolk Nog.
'We've been coming here for seven years, and people remember us. We have customer loyalty, with people coming back year after year,' said Mr Donaldson.
He said the whisky industry had been boosted by the surging interest in spirits, driven by gin's soaring popularity.
'Whisky has been a sleeping giant and it's slowly waking up,' he added.
