An East Anglian recruiter has doubled the size of its Norwich team following its most successful year to date.

As a result of its success the office has recruited seven new people, bringing the total team up to 14, and promoted two members of staff to senior roles.

The office in Queen Street assisted more than 150 employers across the county and helped to place 398 candidates into jobs last year.

Tom Earl, director at Pure said he was proud of the office’s achievements, which saw Jade O’Brien and Ruben Davis promoted to the role of senior consultant.

“For us, success is achieving our purpose of helping businesses and candidates to flourish and ultimately contributing to the economic growth of our region,” he said.

“The Norfolk economy is exciting because there is still a strong demand for high quality candidates and a continued focus on attracting and retaining top talent to achieve business and economic growth.”
