Job seekers aged up to 24 years old are being invited to the Norwich Job Centre this month to take part in the first young persons marketplace.
There will be a mixture of employers at the event on July 24, offering a range of contracts including apprenticeships.
Jobcentre Plus and their partner organisations will also be offering employment advice to individuals.
Alison Fearns, Jobcentre Plus manager, said: 'Norwich Job Centre are holding the event for people aged 18 to 24 years old to help young people consider all options open to them locally at a time when many of them may be finishing college courses and considering their next step.
'This is an exciting event and we hope that everyone who attends will leave better informed and prepared for the next stage in their career'.
The event will be held at Jobcentre's headquarters at Kiln House in Pottergate, Norwich between noon and 2pm.
