The special guest for October’s event has been confirmed.

Norwich City managing director Steve Stone will be the special guest at Norfolk Chamber’s B2B Exhibition this October.

Mr Stone will officially open the event, which is being held at the Canaries’ Carrow Road home, and will judge the best stand award.

Last year, when TV presenter Jake Humphrey did the honours, more than 750 people attended.

More than 100 exhibitors are expected at the event on October 12, which Norfolk Chamber describes as the region’s premier business-to-business exhibition.

Mr Stone was appointed managing director at Norwich City in March 2017, having previously worked as the club’s director of finance and stepping in as interim chief executive on two occasions.

He has previously worked in financial roles with Punch Taverns, Spirit Pub Company and Gala Bingo, and is responsible for leading the business side of the club.
