Applications are open for Norwich Business School’s (NBS) graduate recruitment programme for 2018.

The graduate trainee management scheme (GTMS) is a programme run in conjunction with employers in the East of England which is designed to connect employers with young talent.

NBS will recruit applicants and run a day of comprehensive assessments, including interviews and psychometric tests, before providing employers with a shortlist of candidates – saving businesses the time and expense of recruiting.

The business school, based at the UEA, held a meeting for companies from around Norfolk to find out more about the scheme, with speakers including Adnams chief executive Andy Wood and Dr Graham Manville, director of employability and innovation at NBS.

If you think GTMS could benefit your business or have any questions about the scheme, email gtms@uea.ac.uk or call 01603 591002.
