A Norfolk business park has been shortlisted for an award celebrating local authority innovations.
Scottow Enterprise Park is a finalist in the Best Service Delivery Model category at the LGC Awards, run by Local Government Chronicle.
Built on the former RAF Colitshall site, the Norfolk County Council-owned business park has 96 tenants and has so far supported the creation of 356 jobs and 21 start-up businesses.
Keith Kiddie, chairman of the council's business and property committee, said: 'Scottow Enterprise Park has breathed life back into the area and to be recognised for this by being shortlisted is testament to the work being done there.'
It is managed on behalf of the council by the team behind Hethel Engineering Centre.
Simon Coward, of Hethel, said: 'The team at Scottow Enterprise Park have worked tirelessly to create a place that truly is an 'engine for growth' in North Norfolk.'
