The search is on for the best manager in Norwich – with the prize of a trip for two to Paris up for grabs.

Simplexity Travel has launched the competition after becoming a partner of Norwich City FC, and is seeking to celebrate managerial heroes in the city's business community.

The company is looking for staff to nominate their managers – those who act as role models for positive leadership or mentors with the ability to guide and inspire.

The winner and seven members of their team will receive hospitality tickets for a match at Carrow Road and a tour of the Colney training ground, where they can watch a training session, and meet players and management.

The winner will also receive a weekend trip to Paris for two.

Mark Smith, Simplexity Travel's head of business development, said: 'Norwich Manager of the Year is a great way to support the unsung heroes of the workplace and to showcase the city's thriving business network at the same time.'

Nominations should be made between January 1 and February 12 at http://simplexitytravel.com/norwichbusinesshero
