Support and development opportunities to help businesses to prepare for Brexit will be explored at a Norfolk County Council event.

Around 150 companies will attend Norfolk's Brexit: Challenges and Opportunities at the International Aviation Academy in Norwich on Tuesday June 5, featuring high-profile speakers and panel discussions.

The Institute of Directors' head of Europe and trade policy, Allie Renison, will deliver the keynote speech, followed by panel discussions facilitated by UEA's Norwich Business School.

The discussions will focus on how businesses can position themselves to adapt to changing markets and technologies, and will explain rule changes likely to be made as a result of Britain's departure from the EU.

The event will run from 8am to 1pm. Tickets are still available at www.eventbrite.co.uk – those interested in attending should register by June 4.
