King’s Lynn’s Bank House and The Rose and Crown in Snettisham received praise and awards from the AA Guide following inspections earlier this month.

Both businesses are owned by Jeanette and Anthony Goodrich.

The 18th century Bank House on King’s Staithe Square was awarded the 3 Start silver award.

Mrs Goodrich said: “We are delighted with our AA rating, which is a credit to all our hard working staff and a reflection of their commitment and dedication to the business, and the pride they take in Bank House and the town.”

Meanwhile The Rose and Crown achieved a rating as a gold 4 star inn and retained its AA rosette.

General manager Kim Tinkler said: “This would have been impossible without our wonderful staff, who we are all incredibly proud of.”
