1. Christmas Extravaganza, Sandringham Park

A favourite during the festive period, you'll find an impressive selection of regional food and drink. There's also an opportunity to see demonstrations of how all the gifts were crafted. During the three-day event, Sandringham Park also hosts the Festive Dog Show, Fiery Jack and his amazing circus skills, Santa's Owl Show and the Chainsaw Carving Elves.

7. Christmas Fayre, Bury St Edmunds

For nine years, Bury St Edmunds has attracted people from across Norfolk and beyond to their festive fair: a mixture of markets for shoppers and entertainment for the kids rolled into a three-day event. With over 100,000 people expected at the event, nearly 300 stalls will offer a range of gifts and treats for that special gift.

8. Christmas Magic, Blickling Hall

Held at the beautiful National Trust house outside of Aylsham, this is one of the public's favourite during Christmas time. There's no excuses about not having the time on your hands with this one with the event running for three consecutive weekends. 9. Christmas Street Fair, Bungay

Take the family down to Bungay Town Centre and get involved in this popular annual Christmas event. They've got everything from delicious mince pies to brilliant local gift ideas, with 100 stalls stretching across the street. Entertainment has been scheduled with the South Norfolk Youth Symphonic Band and the Old Glory Molly Men performing at the fair, and Santa will be arriving on his horse-drawn carriage.
