Wroxham have confirmed Ross Potter and Tom Parke as their new joint first team managers.

Potter has left Diss Town, who he led to a sixth-placed finish in the Thurlow Nunn Division One and has taken Parke with him from the Tangerines.

Potter, who has been in charge at Diss for the last two seasons, has decided to pursue a new challenge elsewhere and Parke will join him.

Parke had been due to join Diss this summer after agreeing to become first team coach at Brewers Green Lane alongside his position as leader of the Dereham Education Soccer Academy.

A statement on the Wroxham website said: 'Wroxham FC are pleased to announce Ross Potter & Tom Parke as new joint first team managers.

'At 31 and 35 respectively, Ross and Tom balance good experience and great potential, providing the energy and expertise to drive Wroxham FC forwards.'

They will be leading the Yachtsmen's fightback in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division after their relegation from the Ryman League Division One North last season.

Meanwhile, Diss have invited applications to replace Potter as manager. Email Chairman@disstownfc.co.uk for more information.
