The dust has settled on a season to forget for Norwich City. Now the focus turns to what lies ahead at the start of a potentially pivotal summer for the football club.

In the final day of a week-long series canvassing the opinions of Norwich City fans on a range of issues we want to know what is a realistic target next season for a new look squad and a new head coach, operating within the financial restraints of one final tranche of parachute payments?

City tried and failed to bounce back to the Premier League at the first attempt last season. The consequences of maintaining largely the same squad on one of the highest wage bills in the second tier will be felt in the weeks ahead. More players will have to leave to lower overheads and the era of big salaries and multi-million transfer fees at Carrow Road is over - for now.

Alex Neil's exit and Stuart Webber's arrival was a tacit acceptance by the club's top brass things needed to change. But can an expected major summer overhaul to a failing squad and the arrival of a new head coach really pay instant dividends?

Norwich will have less financial clout than the three newly-relegated top flight clubs, and many in the Championship with owners who have deeper pockets than City's custodians. That is simple economics.

Norwich were unable to handle the weight of expectation last season that came with being one of the promotion favourites but has that now gone second time around or do fans still feel with the right additions they can mount a serious challenge? Or, as Webber himself has publicly stated, will it take time to rebuild and put the foundations in place to achive that long term Premier League goal, centred around a crop of young players who may not be ready for a number of seasons?
