Spud's Teaser: Who scored the last Norwich City goal at Hull's previous home Boothferry Park?

Teaser answer: Graham Paddon in a 2-1 win during our League Cup run 1972/73.

As I travel up to Hull today with friends, I'm sure the discussion will turn to Tuesday's game against Nottingham Forest and a certain Portuguese striker.

Most likely there will be a few differences of opinion, but it will break up the misery of the A17.

I must say, I was surprised when I saw Oliveira had been omitted from the side and thought he must have been injured, only to find out after the game that it was his attitude that prompted Daniel Farke's decision to leave him out. Now I wasn't surprised by that!

Whilst I'm all for Farke showing Oliveira his attitude wouldn't be tolerated and dropping him, I thought Farke was wrong not to have him on the bench.

Oliveira's current form has not been much recently, but we could've done with him among the subs, especially as we had one striker who has had only one start and two sub appearances and another one who has yet to score a league goal this season.

I'm sure there were a lot of people, like myself, who feared before kick-off we were in for another stalemate... and we weren't wrong.

I'm just hoping Farke can change Oliviera's attitude, or Norwich may join the long list of clubs the player has been with and not succeeded. The six clubs he was on loan at whilst with Benfica tells its own story.

If Farke does fail, we could just ask Grant Hanley if he could have a word with Oliveira in a quiet room and advise him how to be a professional footballer. I think he may learn a thing or two from the chat.

There have been warning signs about Oliveira at various times during the season and maybe that prompts more questions – like, why was Cameron Jerome allowed to leave if we were going to be left with inexperience and attitude as our attack force.

But it happened and we move on.

We are left with Dennis Srbeny, and, boy, did he look lost at times against Forest's centre-halves – and yet again many Norwich fans have decided to put him as the same bracket already as other foreign strikers like Antoine Sibierski or David Strihavka.

I'll try and be positive and say, let's give the man a chance. Like many players who are getting introduced to the English game, especially the Championship, it will take time. If he can spend some extra time in the gym to build himself up I'm sure he will soon adapt.

While some fans are being negative there are still plenty of reasons to be positive, and one of those is Onel Hernandez. I must say I was impressed again with Hernandez, who I'm confident will be even better the more games he plays. It's nice to see a winger wanting to take on players.

A massive shout-out to Ben Godfrey and Carlton Morris. I am not a fan of the Checkatrade Trophy due to the participation of U23 team, but what great news for both lads after they helped Shrewsbury beat Yeovil to reach the Wembley final where they play Lincoln City.

After the season they've had it's just what they deserve and apart from Sean Raggett, I'm sure everybody at the club will be rooting for the Shrews in the final.

So, for some of you Canaries fans who will be at KCOM Stadium this afternoon feeling sorry for yourselves and thinking we have problems, just look around the ground and spare a thought for the Tigers fans. On Tuesday they had their lowest league attendance since 2003 – 13,524. They an have owner who really has no respect for the club or fans. And with them just three points above the relegation zone, I'm sure Hull's future is lot bleaker than some of fans think ours is.
