Canaries youngster Cameron McGeehan has joined Cambridge United on a youth loan – and could face Manchester United at the end of the month.

The 19-year-old, who had a loan spell at Luton Town last year, helping them to the Conference title, moves to the Us until February 16.

He is eligible to feature in their televised FA Cup fourth round tie against Manchester United on January 23 (7.55pm).

Cambridge, promoted to the Football League last season, are currently 14th in Sky Bet League Two after a 1-0 win at Carlisle United on Saturday.

McGeehan, who has played 12 times for the Under-21s this year, joins ex-Canaries Luke Chadwick and Michael Nelson in Richard Money's squad.
