Our Norwich City correspondent Paddy Davitt has posted his marks following the Canaries' 1-0 loss at Elland Road

Here is Paddy's verdict on Daniel Farke's troops after a frustrating reverse in Yorkshire.

• Angus Gunn

Caught under the free kick that Kalvin Phillips slammed against the post. Escaped with a wayward miscue in the second half. 6.5

• Ivo Pinto

Cleearly playing through the pain barrier, with a hamstring issue. That is a major concern, given he appears one of the few who injects real urgency into Norwich's attacking work. 7.0

• Timm Klose

No real alarms. Kept a tight rein on Kemar Roofe 6.5

• Grant Hanley

Fortunate to escape with a weak intended back pass pounced on by Samuel Saiz, who thudded a shot against the base of a post. 6.0

• Marco Stiepermann

Failed to track Pontus Jansson or sense the brewing danger on the match-winning free kick. Ball-watching at times in the first half. Looks increasingly a square peg in a round hole. 5.0

Vital near post block in the first half to bail out Marco Stiepermann. 6.5

• Mario Vrancic

One lapse defensively when he let Phillips poke a shot against a post. One sublime raking pass in the first period. Bright and energetic. 6.5

• Marley Watkins

Best moment the run and cross that led to Alex Pritchard's close range shot. Need to see more if he is to nail down a first team starting spot. 6.5

• James Maddison

Couple of dangerous inswinging free kicks but blazed his big chance over in the first half. The lack of composure when the ball rebounded to him was so out of character this season. 7.0

• Alex Pritchard

Struck the bar and denied by a one-handed save from Felix Wiedwald. But his reaction told you he should have buried that chance shortly after the interval. 7.0

• Nelson Oliveira

Plenty of endeavour but the frustration bubbled to the surface more than once. Incensed when a penalty appeal was turned down prior to the break. Exquisite back heel created a half-chance for James Maddison. 6.5
