The journey to Carrow Road begins today as Norfolk’s biggest domestic knockout competition – the Norfolk Senior Cup – gets underway.
It will be a welcome break from league action for some – Cromer’s problems from last season continue in Division One, where they have lost both their opening games. They face a visiting Caister side who are nicely placed in fifth in the top flight.
Hellesdon are faring even better after promotion – they are fourth and entertain a UEA side which has won once in four league games. Division One leaders Sheringham will fancy their chances are home to Premier League Blofield while Mundford, one place below them, are at Long Stratton.
Second-placed Norwich CEYMS have an all-Premier clash at home to struggling Mattishall. St Andrews host Watton United while Yelverton are at home to Stalham Town. Attleborough Town face North Walsham, Aylsham welcome Hoveton Wherrymen and Wymondham travel to Loddon.
