The quarter-finals of the Norfolk Senior Cup get under way this weekend, after a failed attempt in midweek.
Waterlogged pitches forced the scheduled games between Wroxham and Dereham and Norwich United and King's Lynn Town postponed on Tuesday.
Wroxham and Dereham will try again next Tuesday, but today Wymondham Town will be flying the Anglian Combination flag when they entertain Thurlow Nunn Premier side Thetford Town. Wymondham are top of Division One, having lost just once in the league this season, but it is still a big ask against a side sitting in 12th position in their table
The other quarter-final is an all-Thurlow Nunn clash between Premier League Great Yarmouth Town and First Division visitors Downham Town.
The Bloaters will be favourites to progress to the semi-finals and move to within one win of a game at Carrow Road against a team who are currently 11th in Division One.
