The pupils of Cromer Academy certainly put on the style and marked their final year at the school with a prom which surpassed all others.
A lavish two course dinner and musical entertainment from the pupils themselves were all part of the special touches for the prom which took place on Friday night at Northrepps Cottage Hotel.
Vicki Bumphrey, the school's publicity officer, said: 'It was absolutely brilliant, it was the best prom we have had without a doubt. They had a wonderful time and they danced the whole night, it was just brilliant.'
She said the prom committee, made up of 10 girls, had been meeting every week for a year in order to go through plans and fundraising ideas for the event.
