Specsavers staff across the region have raised thousands of pounds from selling comedy waving hands specs and a whole host of fundraising activities.
Stores went all out with bake sales, partnerships with local businesses, and leg waxes.
Martin McCormack, Specsavers regional chairman for Norfolk and Suffolk, said: 'Our Comic Relief activity has been a great way for Norfolk and Suffolk residents to help us make a big difference collectively to this amazing cause and help vulnerable people living tough lives both here in the UK and across Africa. We also challenged locals to join our giant Mexican wave on social media as well – with some great contributions. It was great to see Norfolk and Suffolk #GiveUsAWave'.
The comedy frames were sold in stores across the region, including in Diss, East Dereham, Fakenham, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn, Lowestoft, Norwich and Thetford.
