Motorists in Norwich faced delays as the roundabout near County Hall became blocked following a collision between a lorry and a car at lunch time.
Police were called to an RTC at the roundabout on Tuesday, January 16 at 12.50pm where a lorry had collided with the side of a car.
No injuries were sustained during the incident.
The road was cleared by 1.40pm.
