A charity shop set up in memory of a 13-year-old girl has expanded to add a second location.
In March 2014, Sheila Green of Loddon and her late husband John opened Ann's Crafts in the village, to honour the memory of their daughter Ann, who died from meningitis at the age of 13.
Since its opening, the shop has raised more than £14,000 for the Meningitis Research Foundation, which combined with money previously raised by Mrs Green and her sister has seen more than £30,000 amassed for the charity in Ann's honour.
Now, Ann's Crafts is expanding, with a second shop being opened in Chedgrave, allowing Mrs Green to sell more wool, woollen garments and other crafts.
Both shops are run solely by volunteers, with the two locations being the only ones in England currently raising money for Meningitis Research.
Mrs Green has been supported in her fundraising by her sister Violet Sizeland, who is one of the key volunteers in the shop.
Ann, who was Mr and Mrs Green's eldest daughter, died in 1984 and the shop was set up as part of a fundraising campaign to keep her legacy alive and help save the lives of others suffering from the same condition.
In its first year, the shop raised £4,000 and has continued to be a consistent source of fundraising for the national charity.
The shops are the only two of their kind in England, meaning they are an invaluable service for the charity.
Rob Dawson, head of support at the Meningitis Research Foundation said: 'We're extremely grateful to Sheila and Violet for their long-term fundraising for MRF. 'The funds they raise help support MRF's lifesaving research into the prevention, detection and early treatment of meningitis and septicaemia.
'It also allows us to continue raising awareness and supporting families affected by these devastating diseases.'
The original shop - which remains exactly how Mr Green would have remembered it - a promise Mrs Green made to him before his death in November 2014 - is located on Church Plain in Loddon.
The new store, which officially opened its doors on Wednesday, November 1, is located on the Langley Road Trading Estate in Chedgrave.
