The Mart's on its way to King's Lynn, bringing all the fun of the fair to the Tuesday Market Place for 10 days.
Rides start rolling in this weekend and the market place will be closed for car parking from 11.30pm on Sunday.
Showmen and women begin setting up on Monday morning, ready for the fair's traditional opening on Wednesday, February 14.
Lynn has hosted the Mart for more than 800 years after being granted a Royal charter.
The ancient fair marks the traditional start of the travelling year for the families who operate attractions.
Rides today vary from white-knuckle to traditional dodgems and side shows.
Nipper Appleton, 75, whose family has been involved with the Mart for five generations said: 'We have all the usual things you'd expect - the traditional rides, games, children's rides and inflatables.
'But we have one new ride, the Tagider, which is for the teenagers and possibly another, but that is in the final stages of confirmation.
'It's not just for the teenagers, we have fun houses, play areas and lots of children's entertainment.'

She will be joined by dignitaries from neighbouring towns, along with representatives of the Showman's Guild and fairground workers.
After its 10-day stint in Lynn, the Mart moves on to Wisbech, as the fair begins its travels around the country.
The Tuesday Market Place will be closed for parking until 3pm on Sunday, February 25, after the fairground rides have been taken down.
Common Staithe Quay, where fairground families park their caravans, will be closed from 6pm on Sunday until Monday, February 26.
Lynn businesswoman Amanda Arterton said shoppers could still find plenty of parking while the Mart is in town.
The owner of Arterton's furniture store, in the High Street, said: 'The perception during the two weeks the Mart is here is that you won't get any parking in town.
'But the Baker Lane car park and behind Debenhams are accessible by driving down Milfleet and the South Quay.'
