Fitness professionals from two Norwich gyms are set to unite as one team to help raise £1,000 for Comic Relief.
On March 24 - Red Nose Day - the 15-strong team from The Gym Norwich City and The Gym Norwich Hall Road will host raffles and lucky dips, sell protein cakes and don fancy dress costumes to deliver their packed programme of group exercise classes throughout the day.
Raffle prizes up for grabs will include free gym membership for multiple months, free personal training sessions as well as protein treats to refuel post-workout.
Richy Fisher, General Manager at Hall Road said: 'We always want to get involved with fundraising events to help those in need. Comic Relief is a fantastic way to bring together both teams and we need everyone's help in reaching our £1,000 target.'
