The international Clandestine Cake Club (CCC) is coming to north Norfolk.
The new club will be based around the Cromer/Sheringham/Holt areas and the first meeting will be on Saturday February 18 in Holt.
The 'clandestine' part of the name means that venue details won't be released until a few days before the meeting — and only to those who have signed up to attend.
Club rules are simple: the organisers will set a theme for the event. Bakers and their guests arrive with their cakes and everyone tucks in. The one non-negotiable rule is that CCC is a cake club, so bakers must bring a whole cake - no cupcakes, scones, brownies, muffins, pies or tarts.
Founded in Leeds in 2010, there are now 174 clubs around the world, including those in Norwich and Downham Market.
