Year 6 youngsters at Sheringham Primary School will be playing in a brand new kit this season, thanks to a pair of former pupils who wanted to 'give something back' to the school that provided them with their early education.
Brothers Alex and Tobias Harris, who are directors of Beeston Regis-based building services company Alto Construction, attended the school in the 1990s.
'I've got good memories of my time at school there,' Alex, 29, said. 'And, because Tobias's two children are pupils at Sheringham Primary, as local businessesmen, we thought it would be nice to sponsor the football team.'
Thanking the pair for their support, PE subject leader Matthew Groves, who coaches the team, said: 'We are tremendously grateful for sponsorship from Alex and Tobias, it is great example of the support the school has from the local business community.'
