It was an extra special 90th birthday for one Norwich woman when five generations of her family got together.
Audrey Russell has lived in the north of the city at the Philadelphia Care Home, Penn Grove, off Aylsham Road, for the last six years and celebrated her big day at the home.
She was joined by her daughter Carol Holmes, 69, of Hellesdon, her granddaughter Mandy Fox, 52, of Sprowston, and her great granddaughters and their children, Emma Fox, 31, and Charlie, 4, of Spixworth, Lucy Rogers, 28, and Benjamin, 1, of Sprowston, and Hayley Fox, 25, and Ria, 4, also of Sprowston.

Mrs Russell is one of thirteen children, four of which still live in Norfolk, and spent most of her life growing up in Horsford. She used to work at a local silk factory and Caley's Chocolate Factory.
And although she often has a visit from a family member each week, on last Tuesday she was joined by all five generations.
Granddaughter Mrs Fox said: 'It makes us feel really proud to be part of a five generation family as it is so rare nowadays. All getting together was great because opportunities are few and far between with everyone being so busy and it's something that we think we should all try and do more often.'
Family traditions include getting together at Mrs Holmes's house every Boxing Day.
Mrs Fox added: 'Sadly, as my nan is now unable to walk, she does not attend but we get to visit her before Christmas with cards and gifts and decorate her room with a small Christmas tree and tinsel - she loves being with family and the little ones.
'In August we have our annual bank holiday trip to the coast with my sister Louise, her husband Murray and the boys Tommy and Finn. We are a very close knit family and I talk every day with my mum and daughters.'
As well as regular shopping trips and weekend get-togethers the family also enjoys barbecues in the summer.
Mrs Fox said: 'They are mostly held at mine as I have a large garden and I have lots of toys which the little ones can play with. Being a nanny is absolutely fantastic and I love having them all around me.'
Emma added: 'It was lovely to get together especially as it tied in with great nanny's 90th birthday - I wish we could do it more often.'
