The transfer of a well-known Norwich academy to a new sponsor is still due to go ahead, education chiefs say.
In September, after several years of poor exam results, the Transforming Education in Norfolk (TEN) Group announced City Academy Norwich - formerly Earlham High School - would move to a new academy trust.
At the time, the move to the Bohunt Education Trust (BET) was said to be awaiting ministerial sign-off, which was expected within weeks - but it is still yet to receive the final go-ahead.
But a spokesperson for the TEN Group said the plans remained on track, with final government approval expected soon.

They said: 'The transfer of City Academy Norwich to BET is progressing through the DfE's process for academy transfers and completion is pending final ministerial approval.'
A BET spokesperson said they looked forward to confirmation 'shortly', with both trusts saying they were working closely to provide the best education for students.
