Authors will take centre stage at events in Norwich to mark World Book Night later this month.
Isabelle King, author of the Norfolk Story Book, will host Books Talk Back at the Millennium Library, at the Forum, on Thursday, April 20.
She will be joined by guest author Alexander Gordon Smith, author of The Fury, Escape from Furnace and The Devil's Engine, who will take questions from the audience.
The session is designed for all readers, but particularly those interested in writing fiction for young adults and gaining insight into the publishing industry.
The session runs from 7pm to 8pm and tickets cost £2.
Local author Cressida Mclaughlin and her editor Kate Bradley will host the second event, Publishing from Both Sides, at the library on Tuesday, April 25. Tickets are also £2.
Jan Holden, head of Norfolk County Council's library service, said 'everyone is welcome'.
