Young scientists at a Norwich school turned milk into glue as part of a hands-on week of science activities.
Students at Jane Austen College celebrated British Science Week with a packed agenda, including an experiment to make glue out of milk, a workshop focusing on the global water crisis and science class quizzes.
Staff and students also worked together on plans to make the Inspiration Trust college, on Colegate, more eco-friendly.
Running from March 12 to 16, the week had the theme of exploration of discovery, and saw students in all year groups get involved.
Rosie Bonnington, Jane Austen's head of science, said: 'Our students showed their passion for all things scientific and took part in the activities with great enthusiasm.
'We're excited to be inspiring the next generation of chemists, biologists, and physicists, and judging by the success of this week it looks like science in East Anglia has a bright future.'
