Temporary traffic lights will be in place on a busy Thetford road for around four weeks as £50,000 of improvements to traffic lights take place.
The lights will be in place at the junction of London Road and St Nicholas Street from January 27 to carry out work on the existing traffic signals and install new signal equipment and pedestrian crossing facilities.
Norfolk County Council are in charge of the project, intended to improve access to St Nicholas Street in readiness for the proposed Thetford Bus Station.
The traffic lights will be controlled manually during peak hours and pedestrian diversions will be provided during construction.
