A 24-year-old man has been charged with driving without insurance and a licence following an incident in Norwich.
Police were called to Concorde Road in the city at around 4pm on Friday, July 21 following reports of a suspected stolen vehicle.
Officers attended and arrested a man in connection with the incident. He was taken to Aylsham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and was subsequently charged.
Luke Bastick, 24, of Cooks Drove in West Row, Suffolk, is now due to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on August 11, 2017, charged with driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
