Police in Norwich are warning drivers following a recent spate of sat nav thefts from cars, which have been broken into in city centre car parks.
Chief inspector Nathan Clark said: 'I would urge drivers keep their car secure and leave no sign that a sat nav may be inside the vehicle, such as a suction mark on the windowscreen.
'My advice would be to either lock them securely in the boot of your car or take it with you.
'Also, we would be keen to hear from anyone who sees any suspicious activity around the city centre car parks to contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or call 999 if you believe a crime is in progress.'
