A man was left with a serious eye injury after he was hit on the head in a pub in Brandon.
The assault happened sometime between 1am and 1.25am on Saturday, January 26, in a pub in Market Hill, Brandon.
The 32-year-old victim said he was leaving the pub through the rear door when he was hit to his left side around his head.
He was taken to hospital and received emergency surgery to his eye.
Police have spoken to a number of people who were in the pub on the evening and viewed CCTV from the area. Enquiries are continuing.
