There was an Aladdin's Cave of antique treasures at the Norfolk Showground, near Norwich, over the weekend,

Paintings, prints, jewellery, pottery, furniture and more were for sale the Norfolk Antique and Collectors Fair which took place on Saturday and Sunday.

Show organiser Pam Upson said: 'We had in the region of 5,500 people come to the fair over the two days, which we are really pleased with.

'Antiques have become really fashionable again and there were people of all ages at the fair.'

People were also able to get their own antiques and family heirlooms valued by Philip Stone, from Durrants Auction House, who was at the fair on Saturday.

The Norfolk Antique and Collectors Fair has become a regular feature at the Norfolk Showground is now in its 16th year. Aztec Events, which organises the fair, also holds other events at the Norfolk Showground, including include All About Dogs, the Norfolk Spring Garden Show, the British Carp and Angling Show, and the Norfolk Festive Gift and Food Show.
