A chef who got his first introduction to fine dining in Norfolk has described the "amazing feeling" of the restaurant he works at earning three Michelin stars.
Harry Corder, 28, grew up in Castle Acre and he started as a weekend pot washer at The Ostrich pub in the village as a teen.
He then began making starters and desserts there, before moving to a new kitchen role at Strattons in Swaffham.
His time spent at Strattons was a turning point in his career as head chef Sam Bryant helped him hone his fine dining skills.

Mr Corder said: "Sam introduced me to the world of high-profile chefs and Michelin stars and he took me under his wing.
"He also put me through my catering apprenticeship at City College Norwich and I worked with him three days a week."
Aged 17, he went straight in at the deep end and moved to Nottingham where he worked as a commis chef at the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains.
He then moved to Australia for six years, where he met his now-fiancee Aysha, and he came back to Castle Acre just before the pandemic.
He moved to London in 2021 and worked at The Quality Chop House and then in February 2022 he started a new role as sous chef at The Ledbury.
The chef-owner is Brett Graham and Mr Corder, who is now senior sous chef, is second in command to head chef Tom Spenceley.
On Monday night, The Ledbury was awarded three Michelin stars at the Michelin Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland 2024 in Manchester.

The restaurant is the sixth in the capital to hold the guide’s most prestigious accolade and it is for places where "cooking is elevated to an art form".
Mr Corder said: "It is an amazing feeling and while it comes with added pressure we are up for the challenge.
"To get three stars it is not just about the food but about everything being in harmony."
In Norfolk, four restaurants hold one Michelin star - Morston Hall, Meadowsweet in Holt, Store in Stoke Holy Cross and The Neptune in Old Hunstanton.
