A road near Swaffham will be closed next week while a rotten footbridge is replaced.
South Acre Road in Castle Acre will be closed between January 29 and February 2 while the work is carried out.
It is due to be completed within one week but this is weather permitting.
The work will cost £8,000 and will be carried out by Norfolk County Council's Community and Environmental Services Department and its contractors.
Work is also starting next week to install a new zebra crossing outside Fleggburgh village hall and to resurface Shotford Road in Harleston.
