Nearly 1,000 homes were without power near a Norfolk market town yesterday (December 27).
UK Power Networks said 972 homes were without electricity between Swaffham and Little Massingham.
It is believed the power cut was caused by a high voltage overhead electricity line fault.
In Fakenham just over 100 homes were without power after a similar incident.
UK Power Networks were investigating both faults and the power returned last night.
