A road near Diss will be closed for four days as a £62,000 resurfacing project gets under way.

The junction of Diss Road and The Street in Scole will be resurfaced and repainted with the roadworks starting on November 27.

The road will be closed while the works take place but people living in the area will still be able to access their homes.

It is being carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community and its Environmental Services Department and will cost £62,400.

A diversion route will be in place and the council have thanked people for their patience while the works are carried out.
