Motorists using the A11/A47 have been warned to drive carefully after part of the road was flooded following heavy rains on Tuesday.
In a late afternoon Tweet, Norfolk and Suffolk's Roads Policing warned that anyone using the Norwich-bound stretch of road should proceed slowly and use the left lanes as excess water was on the road. Earlier, a fire service crew from Dereham assisted with flooding on Marl Hill where vehicles had got stuck in flood water. A crew from Carrow also assisted with flooding on Drayton High Road. This follows heavy rain over Norfolk and warnings have been issued that more flooding could occur through Tuesday night.
