A busy section of road on the edge of Norwich will be closed for a weekend by Norfolk County Council.
The £60,000 work will be from Saturday, March 17 to Sunday, March 18 to carry out major carriageway repair and resurfacing works just north of the Boundary junction on the A140 Cromer Road subject to weather conditions.
The resurfacing will take place on a short section of the road from Mayfield Avenue up to the Boundary junction.
There will be a fully signed diversion route, and access to businesses and properties within the closure will be maintained from one end at all times.
The Boundary junction will remain open throughout, and traffic will be able to use the outer ring road and Reepham Road and Aylsham Road as usual.
The county council would like to thank people for their patience during the work.
For further information call Dave Barley, surfacing engineer, on 0344 800 8020.
