HOWELL TONY Passed away peacefully in hospital on February 9th, 2024, aged 86 years. Much loved husband of Jean. Funeral service at St Faith's Crematorium on Wednesday, March 6th at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations for Hillside Dog Rescue, Frettenham may be given at the service. A kind and lovely friend who we met through our shared love of country music.
We met Tony and Jean in 2002 when we were on a country music holiday in the USA, we soon became friends and often reminisce about the George Jones concert we went to in Kentucky. Tony was a huge George Jones fan and decided to wear a Union Jack outfit for the event, we still smile when we recall an American asking Tony where he was from!
Tony, we will miss you.
